Robert Lee Cooper, Sr., 81, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010. He was born in Quincy, FL on October 23, 1928, the son of the late Joseph and Elease (Wilder) Cooper.He served in the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant before retiring. He is survived by his wife, Maria D (Coelho) Cooper; sons, Robert Jr., Ronald, & Reginald Cooper; daughters, Robbie Cooper Williams, Jacquelyn Cooper, Diana Cooper Lloyd (husband John L. Lloyd Jr.), Regina Cooper (Charles Booth); several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Kenny Cooper and a daughter, Patricia Cooper. Private Family service will be Monday, February 8. Visitation will be at Harry W. Moore Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 9 with service starting at 11:00 a.m. Internment will be at Marion National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
